On Oct. 27, Whalens Heroes board members, Dawn Whalen and Greg Stevens appeared on the #1 radio show in Indianapolis, the Hammer & Nigel show on 93.1 WIBC. The duo spoke about the important role service dogs make in a veteran’s life, and shared some of the struggles U.S. veterans go through upon returning from difficult situations. Whalens Heroes is dedicated to raising money to purchase trained service dogs for military veterans and first responders.
